Three Months of all pages of Bank Statements
30 Days/4 Weeks of Pay Stubs
W2 & Federal Tax Returns for the Last Two Years

Letters of Explanations
After reviewing your Annual Credit Report online, prepare short 2 to 3 sentence paragraphs explaining any late payments, collections, judgments, and/or bankruptcy on your credit report.
